Only what you give us in the free lot check: your city, property address (if you provide it), email, and optional phone number, plus your answers to the eight quiz questions. We also record which ad or link brought you here (UTM tags) and a one-way, salted hash of your IP address for spam protection — never your raw IP.
To run your lot check, prepare your Feasibility Report, and have a real person follow up about building a laneway home. That's it.
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Waitlist sign-ups (e.g. Vancouver, renters) are kept as separate lists and are never merged into anything else.
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time. Email info@kyraxlaneway.com from the address you used, and we'll purge your records across all our systems.
